3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account through our live chat support. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before closure, subject to bonus terms being met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

6. Prohibited Activities

• Playing games in collusion with other players ("collusion")
