277bad Responsible Play — Your Protection Is Our Priority
Let gaming be a source of entertainment — not a source of problems. 277bad is always here to help you play safely, mindfully, and within your limits.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming and betting is an enjoyable pastime for many people. But for some, it can spiral out of control and have a negative impact on personal, family, and financial life. 277bad believes gaming should always be a mindful, limited, and enjoyable experience.
We place the highest importance on the well-being of every player in Bangladesh. That is why 277bad offers a range of protection tools for responsible play — from setting deposit limits to full self-exclusion. Read this guide and play with awareness.
Age Verification Is Mandatory
277bad is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of registration. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account and any such accounts will be cancelled.
Our Protection Tools and Features
The following tools for responsible play at 277bad are always under your control.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. This is the most effective way to prevent going over your budget. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and to raise it you must wait 24 hours.
Session Time Limits and Breaks
Playing for long stretches without a break can be harmful to your health. At 277bad you can set session time limits and regular break reminders. Your session will end automatically when the set time is reached.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can close your account for a set period or permanently. No login or transactions are possible during self-exclusion. The support team will assist you with this.
Review Your Play History
You can view a full history of your deposits, withdrawals, and bets from your account at any time. This transparency is essential for understanding your spending patterns and making informed decisions.
24/7 Bangla Support
For any gaming-related concerns, especially if you feel you or someone you know needs help, our Bengali live chat support is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
Protection for Minors
No person under the age of 21 may use 277bad. Keep your password secure and do not share it with family members. If you notice any suspicious activity, inform us immediately.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If the following signs appear, it may mean gaming is becoming a problem. Becoming aware in time makes it possible to keep the situation under control.
- Spending more than your budget but being unable to stop
- Repeatedly returning to play in order to recover losses
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Neglecting work, sleep, or social life because of gaming
- Feeling restless or anxious when not gaming
- Gaming with borrowed money or taking on debt to play
- Promising to stop gaming but being unable to follow through
The Golden Rules of Healthy Gaming
Follow these simple rules for responsible play at 277bad and keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
Set Your Budget in Advance
Decide the maximum amount you will spend before you start playing and stick to that limit. Use the deposit limit feature.
Keep an Entertainment Mindset
Think of gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn money. Do not try to recover losses.
Take Regular Breaks
Do not play for long stretches at a time. Take short breaks every hour and set a maximum daily playtime for yourself.
Seek Help If You Have a Problem
If you notice any warning signs, do not feel embarrassed — contact our support team or use the self-exclusion feature.
How to Use the Protection Tools
Learn about each protection feature at 277bad and keep your experience safe.
How Do Deposit Limits Work?
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once the set limit is reached, no further deposits can be made during that period. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately, but to raise it a 24-hour cooling-off period applies — so that decisions are not made impulsively.
When Should You Take Self-Exclusion?
If you feel you need an extended break, you can take self-exclusion for anywhere from 7 days to 1 year or more. During this time, login to your account will be completely disabled. For permanent closure, submit a request through the support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn.
Using the Session Time Limit Feature
Setting a session time limit will automatically log you out after the specified time. You can also enable reality check reminders, which display a message at set intervals showing your session duration and spending summary. This helps you make informed decisions.
Cooling-Off Period
Similar to self-exclusion, the cooling-off period lets you take a temporary break of 1 day to 6 weeks. Gaming is paused during this time but your account is not cancelled. You can return normally after the break — no extra steps needed.
21+ Age Limit and Identity Verification
277bad strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from creating an account or gaming. A valid ID must be submitted to verify age at the time of account registration. If any user creates an account using false information, that account and all its transactions will be cancelled.
If you have younger siblings or children in the household, keep your device and account password secure. Use parental control software on your phone or computer to prevent minors from accessing gaming sites.
Verification with National ID
Age is verified using a Bangladesh National ID card or passport.
Keep Your Password Secure
Use a strong password to ensure no one else can access your account.
Family Protection
Keep your device and login details away from younger family members. Use parental controls.
